Any cancellation request can be entertained only within 5 hours of placing the order. Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount in case of cancellations post dispatch.

All the dimensions are mentioned under "size chart" along with model images. Kindly please go through the description for understanding the exact size of clothes. We do not accept returns for size issues or error in judgements.

Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Return orders should be placed in 3-4 working days after receiving the order.

Refund amount shall be credited in 7 working days via original payment mode post receiving the product in case of request for refund and the returned product meets the unused condition requirement.

We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. In a normal course, you should be receiving the product delivery within 3 - 7 working days post-dispatch. In a rare event that the order cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances and situations beyond our control, you will be informed of the same within 2 working days of placing the order

Delivery time may also be subject to factors beyond our control included unexpected delays by our courier partners, unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, etc.

In case of non-delivery within 7 working days of placing the order, please feel free to write to [email protected], and we shall ensure a prompt response. Usually, your product will be delivered in 3 to 7 business days.

SYH wellness will not take responsibility of delivery in case of incorrect or incomplete address. In case of shipping failure due to such reasons, dwij has the right to charge an additional shipping fee for reprocessing the delivery.

Customers may order multiple products in a single order, however each order can contain details of a single shipment only. Customers need to place multiple orders for shipments to multiple locations.

The shipping will be carried out through a courier agency contracted by SYH wellness in 3-4 days business days .

As soon as the order is processed and dispatched, you shall receive the shipping details on your email/mobile number. Our shipping locations are only restricted to India.
